What is the credit report inquiry service?
1. Service overview
It is collecting, investigating, and analyzing of various usage report such as credit rating, asset status, business performance, and financial statements about the client's counterparty (individual, corporation) to provide information for the transaction capacity. In case of delinquency or insolvency, it is responsible for providing collection support of the relevant receivables.
In addition, precise credit analysis predicts changes in credit status through analysis of all credit factors of a company, and by analyzing and presenting risk factors that can affect credit rating, it provides useful information for decision-making related to credit transactions.
2. Areas of service
a) Credit report analysis for new clients
-Check transaction ability in advance before foreign transaction with new clients
b) Credit report analysis for existing clients
- Check the current financial status, etc. when requesting additional foreign transaction from an existing client
c) Inspect properties to preserve assets before and after civil litigation, etc.
d) Check the counterparty's credit rating when reviewing investment suitability before selecting a business,
e) Provide various credit report details and prepare analysis reports
-Debtor's real estate owned in the US and real estate transaction information
-Lease status of current residence and business
-Credit cards, delinquent and bad reports in finance, and various financial information for the last 3 months
-Credit status with other clients (check the status of the debtor's UCC file)
-Financial status and tax return, etc.

f) Provide consulting services to counterparties (optional)
A detailed credit information analysis report is provided to the client based on the above investigation details. This credit report analysis is used for pre- and post-litigation against the debtor for receivables. Also, it is used as information for checking the settlement ability of clients before commerce transaction and for handling bad debts of corporations.
